WEDDING PLANNING RESOURCES
Planning a wedding is SO much work. And lets be real, most couples have very little experience in this field. How do you know you are making the right decisions? How do you know that the infographic on pinterest is correct? How do you know which vendors to choose? Or even when and where to get married? I have the experience that you lack.
I have around 300 weddings and 11 years under my belt in the wedding industry. I've done more than 15 weddings during Covid. I've done weddings in everything from blizzard conditions to a flood to a tropical storm. I've done every season, so many locations and have worked with so many different couples. I've seen pretty much everything.
So I'm here to give you my best tips, tricks and information.
COVID WEDDING ETIQUETTE
We all know that Covid has changed the face of weddings at least temporarily. Things we never thought we would have to think about like uninviting people or telling people that you will provide masks or that you are unsure of your guest count. These concepts seemed crazy a year ago, but now it is important that we address them so you are equipped to face them with grace and a polite, but clear answer.
WEDDING PLANNING IN 2020 - WHAT IT WAS REALLY LIKE
In 2020 we surveyed our clients to see how things were really going... what challenges they really faced and how people handled them. If you are a pandemic couple, you may feel a little better knowing you aren't alone in your struggles and if you aren't, it can be really great to know how to help!
MODERN WEDDING ETIQUETTE
Laced with a little bit of humor and a whole lot of truth, I give you my 'modern wed-etiquette'. We talk RSVPs, dress code, tipping and all vendors. This guide is helpful for EVERYONE - couples, family, bridal party and guests and has proven to be our most popular blog post! Enjoy!
